🇮🇹 TERMINI DI GARANZIA

Durata e condizioni generali della garanzia: a norma di legge Hersh garantisce il telaio e la verniciatura 2 anni dalla data di acquisto, per tutti gli altri componenti si fa riferimento alla garanzia del distributore del marchio. 
Limitazioni della garanzia: abuso dei materiali, cattiva manutenzione, problemi causati da urti o incidenti, affaticamento dei materiali. La garanzia è nominativa e non è trasferibile.
Sostituzione dei materiali: dopo ispezione da parte di un rivenditore qualificato, in caso di difetti di costruzione o materiale, avverrà la sostituzione con lo stesso modello o con un similare; in caso di dubbio sulla natura del difetto, Hersh offrirà uno sconto sul materiale sostituito. 
In caso di problemi non dovuti a difetti di costruzione o di materiale o in mancanza di informazioni complete, la garanzia non sarà valida.

🇬🇧 WARRANTY TERMS 

Warranty duration and terms: 2 years from the purchase date on frame and painting, for all the other components pls refer to the brand’s warranty. 
Limitation of Warranty: abuse and/or misuse, accident and/or collision damage, lack of proper maintenance, normal wear and tear. Warranty applies only to the first owner of the bicycle and cannot be transferred to another person.
Material replacement: afte inspection by Hersh Bike srl, in case of manufacturing or material defect, the material will be replaced with the same model or a similar one. In case of doubt on the nature of the defect, Hersh will offer a discount on the replacement. 
In all the other cases in which limitation of warranty applies or in case of lack of detailed information, warranty doesn’t cover.

🇫🇷 TERMES DE GARANTIE

Durée et conditions générales de la garantie: conformément à la loi, Hersh garantit le cadre et la peinture pour une durée de 2 ans à compter de la date d’achat. Pour tous les autres composants, il convient de se référer à la garantie du distributeur de la marque.
Limitations de la garantie : abus des matériaux, mauvais entretien, problèmes causés par des chocs ou des accidents, fatigue des matériaux. La garantie est nominative et non transférable.
Remplacement des matériaux : après inspection par un revendeur qualifié, en cas de défaut de fabrication ou de matériau, le remplacement sera effectué avec le même modèle ou un modèle similaire. En cas de doute sur la nature du défaut, Hersh proposera une remise sur le matériau remplacé.
En cas de problèmes non dus à un défaut de fabrication ou de matériau, ou en l’absence d’informations complètes, la garantie ne sera pas valable.

🇩🇪 GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN

Dauer und allgemeine Garantiebedingungen : gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorschriften gewährt Hersh eine Garantie von 2 Jahren ab Kaufdatum auf den Rahmen und die Lackierung. Für alle anderen Komponenten gilt die Garantie des Markenvertriebs.
Einschränkungen der Garantie : Missbrauch der Materialien, schlechte Wartung, durch Stöße oder Unfälle verursachte Probleme, Materialermüdung. Die Garantie ist personenbezogen und nicht übertragbar.
Materialaustausch : Nach einer Inspektion durch einen qualifizierten Händler erfolgt der Austausch im Falle eines Herstellungs- oder Materialfehlers mit demselben oder einem ähnlichen Modell. Bei Zweifeln an der Art des Defekts bietet Hersh einen Rabatt auf das ersetzte Material an.
Bei Problemen, die nicht auf Herstellungs- oder Materialfehler zurückzuführen sind, oder bei unvollständigen Informationen ist die Garantie nicht gültig.
