Como — Departure
Your adventure begins in the historic city of Como, nestled at the southern tip of the lake. Before setting off, explore the waterfront promenade and admire the iconic Tempio Voltiano — the museum dedicated to Alessandro Volta, inventor of the electric battery.
Cernobbio
Following the scenic Via Regina, you'll reach Cernobbio in a few easy kilometers. Ride through its historic center, stop at Piazza Risorgimento for photos, and admire the legendary Villa d'Este — a Renaissance palace turned world-renowned hotel overlooking the deep blue lake.
Moltrasio & Carate Urio
As the route winds along the lake's edge, you'll pass through these authentic villages, with their stone houses, narrow alleys, and small harbors where traditional wooden boats bob gently in the water.
Laglio — Turnaround Point
After approximately 15 km from Como, you'll arrive in Laglio — a tranquil village known worldwide as the home of Hollywood star George Clooney. Before turning back, we'll climb to a nearby village to discover a charming natural waterfall, whose colors change beautifully with the seasons.
