Hersh very close to the podium with Francesca Pisciali

Born to Win G20 Boiler Parts Ambedo got an important result with the 4^th place by Francesca Pisciali at the Tuscany Trophy Città di Prato on June 16th

She was part of the 9 riders (together with Frapporti, Cipriani, Silvestri, Bortolotti, Beggin, Van Neck Gasparini e Valsecchi) who started the breakaway after 20 km and who succeeded in gaining up to 6 minutes.

Frapporti dominated over the group  but our Francesca founded the strength to anticipate the sprint 2 km from the arrival “I’m very happy of the ride even if the 4^thplace of course left a bitter taste in my mouth, but the most important thing is to improve ride after ride. We started quietly and then around 15-20Km from the start after the sprint of Vittoria Guzzini we jostled and then a group of 9 broke away. We were from different Teams, at the end the collaboration broke and we lost 3 minutes advantage (from 6 to 3 minutes only). As I’m not a great sprinter I tried to go away on the last climb at 2km from the finish to avoid the sprint but I didn’t succeed in creating the gap. Anyway positive result, I’m very happy that I could add another good result to the Team. We are a small reality compared to others but race after race we are proving that we are always competitive also thanks to the positive relationships inside the whole Team ”
